Neighborhood overview
This is a very vibrant and multi-cultural city! Everything you need is close by. This is the benefit of being in the downtown core. As with any other major city, there is a homeless population. Although they keep to themselves, it could be a shock for some people. if this type of thing scares you, you may want to reconsider staying in the downtown core. The neighborhood is safe, and considering it is downtown, the apartment is very quiet!
Transit
Whether it's car, bike, bus, or Uber, getting around is a breeze! The SkyTrain is just a 3 minute walk from the front door! It can't get any more convenient. There is also access to many bike lanes to make it easy to get around and see the city.

Great place, super walkable to the center and waterfront. Thoughtful and a very responsive host. We traveled with a toddler and Nick had a pack&play and a high chair for us which we really appreciated!
